Usage Agreement

This Usage Agreement ("this Agreement") governs the use relationship between you and JOJOMEN regarding smart devices and related services: • Purpose: to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure safe and orderly service operation; • Scope: applies to all users who access or use our devices, management system and online services; • Effectiveness: this Agreement takes effect when you start using the service; • Relationship with other terms: together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, it forms a complete agreement; • Conflicts: in case of conflict, the specific agreement or contract prevails.

To use the service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: • Age: you must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in your region; • Capacity: you must have full civil capacity and be able to bear legal responsibility independently; • Entity qualification: if using on behalf of an enterprise, you must have legal business qualifications and authorization; • Qualification warranty: you warrant that you are not legally prohibited from using this service; • Minor protection: we do not proactively collect information from minors and will handle it promptly if discovered.

When using the service, follow these guidelines: • Compliant use: comply with applicable laws and regulations and this Agreement; • Respect IP: do not infringe others' copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property; • Account security: safeguard account credentials and update passwords promptly; • Authentic transactions: conduct genuine and lawful transactions without fabrication or brushing; • Good faith interaction: interact with other users and our staff in good faith.

You must not engage in the following: • System abuse: interfere with normal system operation or over-consume resources through technical means; • Unauthorized access: attempt unauthorized access to data, systems or others' accounts; • Malicious content: distribute viruses, trojans, spam or illegal harmful content; • Privacy infringement: collect or disclose others' personal information without consent; • Fraud: engage in scams, money laundering or other illegal activities; • Reverse engineering: reverse compile, crack or circumvent technical protection measures of software.

Content you upload or generate must comply with the following: • Legal and compliant: must not contain illegal, obscene, violent or discriminatory content; • True and accurate: content must be true and must not publish false or misleading information; • Clear rights: ensure you have lawful rights or licenses for uploaded content; • Respect others: do not defame, insult or infringe others' privacy; • Review rights: we may review and remove violating content without prior notice.

When using JOJOMEN smart devices, follow these rules: • Proper operation: install and operate devices per the product manual; • Environment: use in environments meeting specified voltage, temperature and humidity; • Maintenance: be responsible for daily cleaning and basic maintenance; • No modification: do not disassemble, modify or connect unauthorized accessories; • Fault reporting: report faults promptly and do not attempt repairs that may cause further damage.

Regarding data collection and use: • Compliant collection: data collected via devices must comply with laws and inform users; • Usage limits: data is used only for device operation and service optimization, not for other purposes; • Analysis limits: data analysis must not be used to infringe privacy or for discriminatory purposes; • Security protection: take necessary measures to prevent data leakage, tampering or loss; • Data ownership: business data ownership is per the contract and may not be transferred without permission.

For violations of this Agreement, we may take the following measures: • Warning: issue a warning for minor violations and require rectification; • Feature restriction: suspend or limit some service features; • Service suspension: temporarily stop service for more serious violations; • Termination: terminate the agreement and pursue liability for serious violations; • Legal action: hand over suspected illegal or criminal acts to judicial authorities. You may appeal the outcome, and we will respond after verification.

Rules for changes and effectiveness of this Agreement: • Right to change: we may revise this Agreement based on business and legal changes; • Notification: via website announcements or system messages; • Effective date: takes effect on the stated date for new actions; • Objections: if you disagree, you may stop using it; continued use constitutes acceptance; • Past versions: you may contact us to obtain previous agreement texts.
