FAQ

Question 1

What smart experience terminal series does JOJOMEN offer?

Accepted Answer

JOJOMEN offers three product lines: entertainment experience terminals (claw machine, gashapon, photo booth, pinball, kids fishing game), instant fresh-food terminals (cotton candy, ice cream, coffee, popcorn, pizza and hamburger vending machines), and smart retail terminals (helmet cleaner, phone case printer, nail art printer, arcade management system), covering 15 smart terminals.

Question 2

What features does the JOY EYE management system have?

Accepted Answer

JOY EYE is JOJOMEN's proprietary smart management system with core features: remote monitoring, real-time revenue visualization, smart restocking alerts, fault warnings, customer behavior analytics, marketing management, multi-channel payment integration, and automatic revenue splitting.

Question 3

Can I customize the terminal appearance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. JOJOMEN offers brand co-branding customization, including terminal colors, patterns, and logos. Supports IP collaboration, theme customization, and other partnership options.

Question 4

Does the machine need an internet connection? What networks are supported?

Accepted Answer

The machine vends and accepts payment offline; the JOY EYE cloud features (live revenue, remote settings, fault alerts and reports) require a connection. Every unit supports both a 4G IoT SIM and Wi-Fi. Overseas projects can use a local SIM card; only a stable network at the location is needed.

Question 5

How long does a machine last?

Accepted Answer

The metal cabinet and core mechanics are designed for 8-10 years of heavy use and, with routine maintenance, run reliably for well over 5 years. We provide a 2-year full-machine warranty (3 years for the arcade system), 24-month coverage on core parts and lifetime technical support, with original spare parts available long after warranty.

Question 6

Do I have to buy ingredients and consumables from JOJOMEN?

Accepted Answer

No. Food ingredients such as corn, sugar and milk mix are best sourced locally to your own standard to save freight. Specialized consumables (phone cases, ink, sugar sticks, capsules) can be bought from us for guaranteed compatibility or sourced to the detailed specification sheet we provide.

Question 7

How is after-sales service guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

JOJOMEN provides 24/7 technical support hotline and service centers in 50+ cities. Terminals come with a 1-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fast spare parts supply are supported.

Question 8

How are terminals installed and commissioned?

Accepted Answer

JOJOMEN provides professional installation and commissioning. After delivery, our technical team performs on-site installation, debugging, and operation training. Detailed manuals and video tutorials are also provided.

Question 9

What if the equipment malfunctions?

Accepted Answer

If equipment malfunctions, first check the troubleshooting guide in the manual. If unresolved, contact our after-sales team. We provide 24/7 technical support and can arrange on-site service for emergencies.

Question 10

How fast is the response if a machine breaks down? Do you come on site?

Accepted Answer

Most faults are diagnosed remotely through the cloud first. When a part is needed we ship it and guide installation by video; engineers can attend on site within 24 hours in tier-1 cities and most provincial capitals. The after-sales team answers 7x12 hours.

Question 11

Do you provide installation and operations training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Machines include installation videos and English manuals and most customers install them themselves. For bulk or full-venue projects an engineer can install and commission on site and train staff in maintenance, restocking, cleaning, marketing campaigns and backend use.

Question 12

Are spare parts still available after the warranty ends? For how long?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We commit to long-term supply of original parts for production models and keep key components available after a model is discontinued, following industry practice. Common wear parts (heating elements, motors, seals) are stocked and ship quickly with orders or separately.

Question 13

What partnership models are available?

Accepted Answer

JOJOMEN offers 8 partnership models: outright purchase, installment, lease-to-own, managed operation, joint venture, regional agency, brand co-branding, and system licensing. Choose the best fit based on your customer type and needs.

Question 14

How to become a JOJO MEN partner?

Accepted Answer

Welcome to partner with JOJO MEN! Submit an application via the "Partnership" page or call our hotline: 13710009996. We will contact you within 3 business days to discuss partnership.

Question 15

Is there a regional protection policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we implement strict regional protection. Each region authorizes only one partner to protect market interests. Specific regional divisions and protections are specified in the cooperation agreement.

Question 16

What is the minimum order? Can I start with one machine?

Accepted Answer

Almost every model starts at a single unit, and we encourage buying one to test a real location for 1-3 months and prove the model before scaling. Regional agency requires a first batch of 50 units or first-purchase value of at least CNY 2,000,000.

Question 17

How does OEM/ODM customization work and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Logos, body colors, decals, software UI and payment methods can be customized; full exterior customization starts at 30 units and functional customization at 50. The process is requirements, design, sample, approval, production, typically delivered in 30-45 days depending on complexity.

Question 18

How are shipping and customs handled for overseas orders?

Accepted Answer

Prices are FOB Shenzhen and exclude destination duties, VAT and freight. We can arrange sea or air freight and export clearance and connect you with customs brokers in selected countries. Machines include English manuals and video support; confirm destination electrical certification (CE/UL) needs in advance.

Question 19

What is the ROI of smart experience terminals?

Accepted Answer

ROI varies by terminal type and scenario. Low-cost terminals like cotton candy and popcorn have a payback period of 3-4 months, claw machines and coffee machines about 6 months, photo booths and nail printers about 8-10 months. Annual ROI typically exceeds 30%. Payback figures are illustrative case examples based on historical partner data, not guarantees of earnings. Actual results vary by location and traffic.

Question 20

How to choose the right terminal?

Accepted Answer

Consider: 1) Usage scenario (mall/scenic/office, etc.); 2) Target audience demographics and spending habits; 3) Foot traffic and dwell time; 4) Budget and expected return. Our team offers free consultation and site evaluation.

Question 21

What are the franchise requirements?

Accepted Answer

JOJO MEN franchise requirements: 1) Legal business qualifications; 2) Sufficient financial strength; 3) Alignment with JOJO MEN brand values; 4) Good business reputation. Please consult our team for details.

Question 22

How much space and what power does a location need?

Accepted Answer

A single machine generally needs 0.5-1.5 square meters and one standard 220V socket; food machines benefit from water access nearby. A group of 4-8 machines needs about 6-15 square meters on a dedicated circuit. Exact dimensions and power are on the spec tables and comparison page.

Question 23

Can I operate this with no experience? What support is included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The core advantage of unattended equipment is that no full-time attendant is needed; one person can manage 50+ machines. We provide location advice, machine selection, installation training, marketing materials, dashboards and ongoing coaching, and managed-operation projects can include our maintenance and restocking.

Question 24

What if I choose the wrong location or hit a slow season?

Accepted Answer

The machines are compact (some have casters), so a weak location can be moved and retested cheaply; backend data shows whether the issue is footfall, product mix or pricing. Holiday campaigns, refreshed IP prizes and category rotation smooth seasonal dips; validate with one unit for 1-3 months before expanding.
